Hydraulic tests of the reinforcing sleeve-protector UBMT

The purpose of study – confirmation of the fact that the UBMT sleeve can be used to repair coated pipelines with crack-like defects and loss of metal defects. 
During the tests, a prototype sample with a defect in the form of a longitudinal groove with a depth of 80% of the nominal wall thickness repaired with the help of the UBMT sleeve, fully preserved it leak-tightness at a pressure of 400 kp/cm2.
